As the global event market continues to embrace varying hybrid solutions, It is comforting to know QAV continue to be at the forefront of virtual and hybrid event integration. Our live and digital teams have been successfully delivering online broadcast solutions for well over 18 years. Over the course of the summer, QAV has proudly accommodated three young students with work experience across multiple departments within the company ranging from production technicians through to digital filming and editing.
We have been looking back at the busy month of June and specifically a popular single week of events. Over the course of the week, we undertook 7 events including a series of video shoots spanning 5 different countries.
QAV have been providing webcasting services for over 15 years and continue to grow. Our custom built webcast and record suites have given us an increased capacity and flexibility to expand on our global deliveries.

Event Objectives: The brief was to provide an engaging production delivery for both the plenary, workshop and delegate expo network areas. The programme has grown since its conception, as has the production value to ensure the programme has become the stand out event for global haemophilia HCP’s.

Event Objectives: This programme is a long running series initially a face to face delivery, in which latest trends and best practises were debated in front of an HCP audience who were attending specific global congresses. The programme has since migrated seamlessly to a virtual delivery due to Covid-19 whilst still giving the online audiences the opportunity to interact with presenters.

Event Objectives: To work in collaboration with a number of US PR and brand agencies to create an inspiring experience for the internal Oncology business unit. QAV designed, delivered and produced all areas of the programme, which was universally communicated as the best internal launch ever!
Event Objectives: To assist the delivery of an internal launch. The request came at the 11th hour to transform a blank canvas space into an all-consuming delegate experience. QAV designed, supplied and produced all programme aspects to ensure all attendees were wowed and inspired to continue the new drug journey into market.

Event Objectives: To deliver a series of local networked meetings across the UK in which the HCP’s share their experiences with their peers. In addition to the local meetings, all sites were connected to the Global hub site to receive a uniformed presentation and given the opportunity to interact with each other. QAV delivered the broadcast from the hub site as well produced each of the 10 spoke sites.
